The Perfect RIA had an existing website, which was not bringing in conversions as intended. We were brought on to redesign the site with a special focus on User Experience so that the sales funnel would help bring in more conversions.

The primacy of the sales funnel was established right from the 2d wireframing process and kept in mind all through the psd to html conversion steps.


During development, we created dynamic web pages for specific purposes (such as integrated podcast players, gated membership areas and learning management systems) as stipulated by the client and integrated premium CRM tools like Zoho Projects to optimize their content push strategy.

One challenge was to migrate the clients’ full database from the old website to the new one we designed. We used to get more flexibility with our designs and created backup servers so that day-to-day web operations were unaffected by the migration process.


We provide ongoing developer and content support for the growth and maintenance of the website through our dedicated teams. The service includes checking for broken links, optimizing architectural pathways and managing the membership portals that we custom built for the client’s needs.

In addition, our content team has been involved in the audio mastering process on specific episodes of the TPR podcast.
