Retirement Tax Services

RTS is an up and coming Tax professional community platform that aims to bridge the gap between Financial Advisors and Tax Preparers. GLM was tasked with designing and developing their brand new website along with providing ongoing development and content support.

Logo & Brand Identity

Our design process involved creating a 2d wireframe of the site, designing the logos and the brand style guide for our designers to follow and implement the psd (photoshop design format file) to marry the site’s design content with its information architecture.

Development

The development process began with converting the psd to html using css and javascript. Once the website was operational, we integrated premium third party CRM software such as Mailchimp to further streamline site-based communication with users.

We created a custom gated area for members who would like to sign up for access to our clients’ premium services and content. This involved integrating Learn Dash, a learning management system to provide a seamless platform for RTS’ educational content.

A live website requires two things: regular maintenance and frequent updating of content.

Our development team would be available around the clock to provide technical support so that broken links and bugs were identified and addressed on the spot.

CREATIVE

In a similar vein, our content team helped edit and grow The Retirement Tax Services Podcast: Financial Professional Edition to over a 1000 weekly downloads. Additionally, our writers provided support for the executive summary and transcript of each episode. The summaries and all blog content going out on the website were optimized for ranking on search engines.

In addition, our content team has been involved in the audio mastering process on specific episodes of Additionally, we operated the RTS LinkedIn and Facebook channels to promote free content as well as the paid campaigns for the webinar.
